The
Fountain is located in the hot new South of Fifth (SoFi) neighborhood
and is comprised of three beautiful and freshly renovated art deco
structures in a gated complex. There is a nice front porch where you can
relax, a grill area and a pool.

Guests can be assured that the property and the vacation rental has been cleaned using the CDC guidelines for cleanliness and close attention has been given to high touch surfaces. Social distancing and masks are encouraged. Please wash your hands often and use the hand sanitizer that has been placed in the common areas of the property.
 
It is ideally situated only 3
blocks from the beach  Nikki Beach is a 5 min. walk and from the
bursting energy of Ocean Drive or the nightclubs of Washington Avenue.
Some of the best restaurants of South Beach The Prime, Fogo de Chao,
Smith & Wollensky have opened just around the corner attracted by
the upscale clientele that lives in the million dollar condos around.
But neat and cozy bistros are also nearby The Big Pink, The Starbucks.
Publix and Walgreens are 5 to 10 min walk and Whole Foods is 7 blocks north.
The newly introduced Deco Bike has a station steps away from the complex.
It
is quiet at night sleeping but you can walk or hop on the 25 cent bus
to get to anywhere from Lincoln Road or the Deco District.
 
This 1
bedroom apartment is a large front and corner unit 650 sq ft on the top
floor with nice city views. It is all brand new inside with tile floors
and a fully equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom with hot tub. Washer and
dryer. Ample dining room seating for 6. Cable TV, and free wireless
internet make this your home away from home. Ideal for romantic trips,
family vacations, or an executive accommodation: your travel needs will
be met.

Miami Beach development continues at a fast pace, but while the heart of South Beach is preserved in all of its Art Deco charm, other distinct areas are evolving that are quite a world apart from the pastel landscape of Ocean Drive.

“SoFi” – the enclave South of Fifth Street – was once considered a bit of a dead zone for tourists, but these days it’s a vibrant destination in it’s own right. Some locals who have discovered SoFi actually gave up their landlocked houses to purchase condos in the clouds along Government Cut, and there are multi-million dollar high rises all along the southern shore of Miami Beach that are first- and second-homes for wealthy business people and more than a few big-name celebrities.
After a day at the beach or a stroll through South Pointe Park, you’re certain to need an afternoon pick me up. A great spot for happy hour is the tiki hut bar at the Miami Beach Marina called Monty’s Sunset. Because this popular spot is located on the west side of town, you’re sure to meet plenty of boaters who’ve spent the day working up a mighty thirst. If you’re tempted to join them on the water, Club Nautico will rent you a speedboat right in front of the bar. Relax and enjoy drink specials and peel-and-eat shrimp while a band plays under the thatched-roof stage. You might be tempted to stay for dinner, but there are more stops on this SoFi bar crawl so point your flip-flops due east and head for the shore.

Directions to The Fountain Vacation Rentals

Once you leave Miami Airport stay in the left lane and continue East to

Douglas Rd. Turn right for about a mile until you get to the highway. Go under

the bridge and make a left turn and merge on to 836 East. Continue East and

merge on to 395 East on towards Miami Beach. Continue until you reach

Euclid Ave, make a right turn and pass 4th Street. 334 Euclid is in the middle

of the block on the right side.
